Jessica and Ryan’s Newport Beach wedding

Well I made it through Valentines Day. It was the busiest day we have had in years. Kinda made me think the economy may be getting a little better finally. We worked many, many hours to help almost 500 customers on Valentines Day alone! With Jenni out on maternity leave I was concerned that we couldn’t get it all done and was beyond thrilled when my good friend and one of my biggest competitors Kevin from Petals By Xavi showed up at 7:00 am to save the day! Kevin is the fastest designer I have ever met and spent the day making over 100 bouquets and arrangements which was just incredible to watch. Of course I took no pictures because as usual I was to busy…..here are a few from a wedding I did last summer to tide you over. This wedding was styled by new comer event planner Aimee-Marie Betz of La Belle Vie. Aimee-Marie did a phenominal job creating a beautiful wedding without a huge budget and I would highly, highly recommend her (which I rarely say about coordinators with under 3 seasons experience). And here are some pictures of the florals…Hot pink David Austin English garden roses, dahlias, spray roses and green hydrangea and brasilia berries made up the vibrant bouquet. Aimee-Marie designed the adorable hydrangea chair clusters. A great look for under 15.00 each.
