WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
thoughtful revisions
Each contract includes up to four revisions. We recommend one shortly after booking, two during the planning process, and one final revision closer to your event. To keep things simple and stress-free, we suggest saving smaller adjustments, like quantities or timing, for the final update.
Your proposal includes a complimentary design meeting, typically scheduled one to two months before your event on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Larger events may meet in person, while smaller or pickup-focused events are often handled by phone.
