A few months ago I received a package in the mail that included a piece of platinum ribbon, a yin and yang symbol and a late September wedding date at the Montage in Laguna Beach. The date was a date both Jenni and I were going to be in Vegas at the Wedding MBA. I immediatly called Jenni freaking out and asking how we could possibly have a wedding at the Montage on a date we were out of town that I didn’t know about. She reassured me by telling me she had ordered the flowers to come in early Friday morning and she would leave the convention a few hours early, catch a plane, make the bouquet and have it at the Montage by 3:00. Phew…because in true Jenni fashion even though she never met this bride in person she had talked to her on the phone for an hour and just loved her and just HAD to do her romantic destination wedding with the yin yang theme.
And so she did and what a great wedding it is. I found these images at my absolute favorite new place Two Bright Lights. I am just in love with the concept of it. Photographers providing free images to the other vendors who worked on a wedding as a way to showcase their own work. What a great concept. And I was able to choose these pictures from 40 terrific, edited images and make this story board in 5 minutes. This is like the highlight of my year. Seriously. I could rant for hours about how I never get pictures and I think this wonderful site for vendors just may be the answer to my prayers. YEAH for Two Bright Light!
